A few things that you may want to know

before reaching out to work with us.

Can we just get a logo?

Behind every successful brand is a strategic and purposeful visual system. There’s so much more on branding than the logo itself. It is only a tiny piece of your brand. That’s why we prefer to oversee your branding process from the initial conception to delivery. ‍ Our creative process is strategy first. Every design decision is carefully thought out. This includes font pairings, and color/stylistic choices, specifically chosen to reflect your brand. A logo alone simply isn’t enough to capture your brand’s full story. We want to make sure our clients are set up for success. As such, we only offer comprehensive branding services.
Do you have payment plans?

Yes. Branding is an investment – a worthy one! This is why we’re happy to work with you to make it more manageable. We can define a payment plan that works best for you. An upfront deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot with us. Please take note that your deposit payment is non-refundable. The rest of your payments will be spread out throughout the project. Payment can be sent via Bank Transfer or Wise (for our international clients).
How will I receive my design project once it’s done?

After receiving the final payment, we’ll send you a link where you can download your brand assets. Your logo files will be delivered in four formats: PNG, PDF, SVG, and EPS – in all colorways. Your other files will be prepared for print and handed over as PDF or EPS files. We’ll also keep a copy of your files in our archive in case you lose yours.
How do we get started with your agency?

The first step is to contact us to fill out our intake form so we can book a consultation with you. During the call, we’ll discuss your needs and goals and determine the best way to move forward with your project.
What isn’t included in your pricing?

If applicable, you’ll need to purchase the following outside of your chosen package: Font Licenses Copywriting Printing Fees Brand Photography & Image Sourcing Additional Rounds of Revision Canva Pro Membership

Design is a two-way process, and your input will help us create a strategy that aligns with your goals. To get started, we’ll ask you to fill out our intake form before booking a call with you to learn a bit better about you.

We’re based in Auckland and Manila but available worldwide! We’ve previously worked with clients from the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.
